Just check the freezer! The makings for one meal, if not five, are likely right there. But the freezer is a mess, so who knows what’s actually in there?!  Scary.

But, if you carve out 30 or fewer minutes to organize your freezer’s contents in a meaningful way (all chicken in the same area, vegetables in another—you get the idea) and then write down every item on a dry erase board, you’ll never wonder again. Don’t forget to add and erase items as you shop or consume.

No more pawing through your freezer as food thaws! It’s all right there, listed on your board. Great for busy households and commuters too. Just take out the chicken breasts the night before or in the morning, and you’ll be ready to go when you get home from work.
